Kill Deadland Lizards to get Glossy Scale x10 (Ggl), then place them on the Slick Rock at the shore of the northern lake to lure Annoqua. Then, kill her and bring her Giant Scale (Ggl) back to Sonora.

Annoqua (47 Elite) appears with a normal Deadland Lizard and both attack immediately. Standing off a distance does not prevent this. If you fail (dead or run away) Annoqua despawns and you will need another Glossy Scale x10 (Ggl) to respawn her.
