Housing (RoM)

Housing has many important uses, from extra storage space for your "stuff", to bonuses to your rate of gain for XP and TP.

Furniture

Furniture purchased from the House Maids is for decoration only, but the furniture available in the Item Shop gives several different bonuses.

Bonus Type	Explanation of Effect
learning bonus	Increases the rate of XP gain. On items, see "Study effect".
training bonus	Increases the rate of TP gain. On items, see "Training effect".
crafting tools	Many different kinds. Increases the effective skill level, and therefore chance of success, of the related crafting skill. On items, see "craft_name effect".
