Without doing any quests, here is what he says.
You say, 'Hail, Praetor Brimshaw'
Praetor Brimshaw says, 'Welcome to the Skyfire Mountains, Gidono. The air up here would be quite thinner if it wasn't so thick with this volcanic soot,' he complains, head tilted toward the entrance with casual disapproval. 'Are you on Combine (business:What is the Combine's business here?) or just... Here for the sights?' he asks with a sneer.
You say, 'What is the Combine's business here?'
Praetor Brimshaw says, 'The sarnak fortress of (Gorowyn:What do you know about Gorowyn?) lies to the north. We've established this camp to survey the (area:Have you found anything in the area?) and watch for potential attacks.'
You say, 'What do you know about Gorowyn?'
Praetor Brimshaw scowls, 'A pit every bit as abysmal as these Marr-forsaken mountains, no doubt. The sarnak here are more aggressive and spiteful than ever.'
You say, 'Have you found anything in the area?'
Praetor Brimshaw says, 'We've found three large magical orbs in the area. They seem to be ancient and are resonating with intense power. Investigation has been slow, however; our expeditions are being harried by ratmen. We've traced their nest back to the (graveyard:There's a graveyard here?) east of us.'
You say, 'There's a graveyard here?'
Praetor Brimshaw says, 'Not just any graveyard; this one's filled with ancient dragon bones. Some kind of Veeshan thing,' he continues with a shrug. 'Regardless, it has enough (corpses:Who would make this their final resting place?] of our kind, and the ones still moving don't seem to mind [ratmen:I'll help with your ratmen problem.) very much. That's where you come in.' He regards you with a hopeful smirk.
You say, 'Who would make this their final resting place?'
Praetor Brimshaw scratches his head, 'Foolhardy adventurers mostly, over the years, lured by tales of treasure and draconic artifacts. Pilgrims, too, hoping to make contact with the dragons or perhaps Veeshan herself. Did you know they think she's as large as the moon?'
You say, 'I'll help with your ratmen problem.'
Praetor Brimshaw nods, 'Excellent. Now go teach those scavengers to mind their own business... and see if you can find out why they're being so aggressive.'
You have been assigned the task 'The Dragons' Graveyard'.
