Quest Notes

You can get the meat from Horned Rynoce (uncommon drop) at Mystic Spring of Agairon in Eltnen, and the powder can be purchased from the Cooking Supplies merchant in Artisans Hall in Sanctum. Raw Rynoce Meat (PW/AA), the more common drop, does not give the update.
