NOTE: The intent is to replace the count number with links to the quests once the quest pages are built.
Overseer has 5 levels of quests with 11 different types, and 5 levels of difficulty in each level.
The 9 basic jobs each have either 6 or 7 quests for each level.
Recovery quests are all level 1 and have one for each difficulty and incapacitation type.
Recruitment quests come in 2 types, basic recruitment which awards random worker, fighter, or traveler agents, and Iconic Named recruitment which awards the named and possibly additional random agents.
All Recovery quests are level 1.

These provide between 1 and 3 random agents of the recuitment type.

Each Iconic agent has thier own recruitment quests which award the named plus 0 to 3 additional random agents depending on level.
NOTE: I have only personally varified the numbers for level 5 and 2-UNC. There did not appear to be any Iconic recruitment at level 1 nor any Rare or Elite at level 2, but research is still underway.
