	As much as I hate to admit it this weapon should not go to a pure melee class. The weight, damage, delay, stats, appearance, and proc are extremely awesome HOWEVER this weapon would be totally wasted on a monk or a warrior. The additional stats on this thing make it scream hybrid. If I run the show

	I went to the Shadow Knight BoTB and when i met the Winer for my Server (Xate the reaver on the Cazic-Thule server) he had one of these things and thier graphics are wierd. what dropds these? which warder?

	actually with epic, the fists are 9/16. with the haste effect celestial tranq 9/13 plus of course it gets better the more haste you stack

	Please, for the good of the children, shut up. All epics do NOT give haste. Monk Epic gives haste, Rogue epic gives haste, Ranger epic procs haste, Bard epic sings haste. Paladin epic does not have haste. Shadowknight epic does not have haste. Shaman epic does not have haste. Druid epic

	The problem I see is that most pure caster classes do not have the weapons skill to use this effectively. To have a caster use this would be a waste of some huge damage potential. Granted, the added dex would be nice. But, It would be excellent for a hybrid class such as an SK or a paladin.

	This is found on Taskmaster Abboyt(sp) in GD, he is a lvl 61 or 62 quest mob. Doesn't HIt hard at all, alot of HP though. We were the first to Kill him on Rodcet Nife, this along with his head adn a worn tailsmen droped. Ruine Evoker of Cascade Point

	this drops from the orc taskmaster in crushbone, my group got 4 yesterday, really good stuff considering the level of the orc it comes from.
