	Shamans do not get a wis buff, and mine would wear these anytime. At level 40+ a shaman really should not be getting hit, they should be buffing and debuffing and if mana permits getting in a few nukes or helping with heals

	I got this off the Crystaline Hunter In Velekors Labrith - Randrom as all hell drop got a buch of other gems too. Seems to be 1 gem to ever 150 kill tho and nobody on my server is ever in there =*( -Alryulin Firestorm PS the spider backstabs for 318+ dmg

	I won the roll on one of these last night from one of the named Giants in Eastern Wastes. I've also seen these and other SoV quest gems drop in Velk's Lab. I would tend to agree with the rare random drop off any 45+ mob, since I've heard of them being found in Karnor's and other non-SoV zones.
