It is quested for, you need four items from the zone in order to make it: an Idol, a Ring, an Insignia, and a Bag to combine them all in. | Permanent enduring breath too! Not sure if anyone is going to be going on Kedge raids after getting this, but it should make things a bit easier than using those heavy gnome breathing masks or relying on casters/bards. | ||||
