	Dont ask me off of what since I dont have that info, but I know from other sites that this is dropped in Cazic Thule. Maybe someone else who has actually seen this drop will fill you in on what drops it exactly.

	The Twilight Sea Quest armours are only equal to or slightly better than the old-world quest armours... except in the +stats area, where they are generally more useful. That being said, this blows away any of the Twilight Sea Quest helms... which shouldn't be surprising. There are plenty of item

	Alot of warriors would want this for their arm slots. It has decent AC, while not great, but it has the most hps for an arm slot of any items I know (not to mention if a warrior is not at 255 stam, this is a 98 hp arm slot). Most warriors tend to agree, HP = god when you tank, so alot of warriors

	I'm thinking the label "charges:10" in the pic and item description means that this has only 10 charges as well. Ok cold resist cloak, esp for int casters, since 10 ac is actually pretty good for them. Anything with unlimited invis would be awesome. As it is (10 charges), look at the gathe

	yes this is a Cool drop even if it is only 3 charges its INSTANT cast so you can basicaly do a 1000 points with it. Good life saver for when your pet dies and you are oom
