| The new rules sound great to me. One of my absolute biggest complaints about the "game" now is twinking and the fact that a groveling L1 dork can use/wear the same items as a L60 ubermensch. A lot of folks like this aspect but it totally blows the realism for me. Which comes back t | ||||

| By the time you can reasonably get this item as a clr/dru/shm, you likely have your epic. Certainly for druids and shaman this is true. This item is kind of a booby prize, but useful if you are the one wis caster there without your epic. | ||||
