| I have been looking everywhere to find out the spawn time on the dwarf you give the essence to in order to get Feydadar to spawn. Some friends have told me 6 hours others have told me anywhere between 9 and 24. Anyone know? | ||||

(After reading the various guides, I took the advice not to start until 29, when I could pump 20 practice points into the skill.) | Paly's do get discounts, it's part of their naturally higher charisma. NPC vendors buy/sell to them cheaper. As for players. Yeah paly's should get discounts... but ow wait.
