| So far I have had good luck with the Arbitor's Combine Greatsword. The +15 wis comes in handy and at my level, (45 Ranger) the damage bonus is +13. The sword is not uber by any means a base damage of 30, maybe a touch slow with delay of 43, but it is nice and the 2hs does not pull aggro like 1 hs | ||||

| I don't know of many daggers/piercers with a higher damage than this... While yes, it's slow, in the hands of a rogue it's not necessarily a bad thing. Slow weapon = less taunt, high damage = damn good backstabs... Only piercing weapon I can think of offhand that's better than this is the rogue's | ||||

| There's a much better weapon if you just want to increase your piercing skill: fine steel dagger. They drop like candy in Highkeep. Get two of them, get into a group, and start hacking away. You won't do a ton of damage, but your skill will go up much faster so you can switch to a better piercing | ||||
