| Just head to Mistmoore and sit at zone (better stay awake though hehe) and ooc that you are looking to buy one of these. They are somewhat common drops of the Jerring/Leering/Fleeting gargs in the castle. May even find them at the merchants in Kelethin..thats where I used to sell them for abbout 9 | ||||

I bought it in EC for 100pp, guess the girl selling it just wanted to get rid of it) I have been using it scince i was lvl 22 or so and still have it and a 33 today. | If you look at the drop rate its VERY RARE, so run off to sleepers and kill 20 dragons and you might get lucky. Maybe you will have to wait 50 kills before you get it. Put in mind how long time that would take. Congrats if you got it, not many will ever get to see the sleepers tomb. | ||||

Epics aren't that difficult to attain now given the right groups and getting past the bottleneck mob of your particular class. | The nearest zone you can be bound in is of course cabilis. Of course, you may not want to be bound there unless you're an iksar or have done a lot of faction work. Next closest is Overthere city. You are safe if you bind just inside the outer wall by swimming around the wall. None of the evil | ||||
