| We got this today for a 54 wizard in my guild. He was at 205 int, so this was a perfect replacement for Stein of Moggok (basically trading 5 unused intelligence for 40 mana and some bonus MR). | When u do the Epic Quest for your class epic weapon, u have to do alot of difficult and heavy things to do and it takes a long time. | Is it true that this instrument can be weilded with a shield or a weapon? I know that the commonly dropped burnished wood stave is a 2hb, primary slot, and can be weilded with nothing else. | quite true - the Efreeti War Horn (part of this quest) is primary hand only. Also, when it's wielded you CAN put a weapon in the second hand - I have done so myself to see. | Just be careful that you don't hand in the box to get your second bronze shackle while you still have your first. Rinmark will take the box, and then you'll get the wonderful "Duplicate Lore Items" message. | ||||

| This is like better than the SK epic weapon in terms of damage/delay ratio and maybe even stat adds. I think i would rather have this weapon over Sk epic.
