| Don't know that I would ALWAYS wear these over my GEboots, but there are definate uses for them. First, I have a pile of twinks aside from my druid and an extra 13 Cha is about a 12% boost in sale prices of all items. Secondly, and this is imho the best deal...I get SoW inside Kedge Keep now. | Keep in mind folks using these items that are minus to Cha will effect your ability to use fear spells. I believe that is why Verant has been adding so many items of late for necros/SKs that have Cha penalties to reduce the use of Fear kiting. Just a thought as you load up on some of these items. | ||||

| My necro killed a goblin pit fighter in Warsliks woods in a ruins near the water if you go right when you leave cabilis. Probably one of the ruins in the path to FoB but Im not sure. Pit fighter was blue to me at15 or 16. It dropped the No Drop gloves | ||||

| Oh one more thing...I remember one of my friends having this hammer thing has a triggered effect to tp you to The Overthere in a blink of an eye with unlimited charges. | you can kill in skyshrine but that only raises 1/2 the faction minus the king. then if you have invis you can get to the area to do the supply quest and do that 1000 times to raise up all factions including king :). | ||||

All the other little worthless cudgels could go in the range slot, so I figured that when you could finally quest for a cudgel with a wisdom modifier, you could put it in the range slot to get some use out of it.
