| The hard part about pickpocketing notes is knowing when to stop, because the NPC does not have the note. | Ok, I understand the formula, but what I would like to know is how everyone figures the % of the haste items? | I agree that the effect is very usefull. Hell i would love to have something like that. Alas won't work for a druid. Should be a upper 20s lower 30s quest or something for the stats. | Well .. its kinda easy to find out if there are any merchants in Chardok while hunting there. After killing a merchant, its corpse should dissapear immediately and not give you a chance to make a loot of it, and if does then you know. Just my 2cp. Regards, Xikix Arcanum - Saryrn | ||||

| I submitted this item, I bought this item in game. From what i know it DROPS in chardok and in my submission email it said NOTHING about buying it from a merchant. Why Allakhazam said this I dont know. He also posted the weight as 0.0 when it clearly says 3.0, so maybe he is confused. | ||||

| Oh, of course, they should REWARD you for being weak! Read the book, you'll find you are lucky. Besides, once you do the next level up quest, you will find that, had you not done that quest, you would not get the exp, gold, and better item you get from the first quest.
