| Guilds that can get this sort of gear for the most part worship at the alter of the Holy Trinity and are Min/Maxed. You are not going to find many hybrids running around the Sleepers Tomb. | A rogue would wear this for the same reason they wear most of their armor: AC At least for barbarian rogues 15+ AC legs are hard to get. I believe there are two 16 ac legs from OS most rogues can wear, but not barbarians. Some might want them for looks was well :) | ||||

| This item does look awesome. I would have to agree with it going to the casters/hybrids because of the Flowing Thought 1.
