| Id have to disagree... the cast time is long enough that oyu cound sit and scribe all your spells then stand up and clarity and still have time to spare... only use i have found for the effect is is you cast/duck about 10 times in a row and then back away it makes a nifty little effect... but othe | ||||

| Level to attain has nothing to do with procing... a lvl 1 could attain any non planiar item for instance... The level to attain is just a bit of info mr.Allakhazam puts in here to give you an idea of when to even consider trying to get the item if grouped-solo... my friend for example, has thurg g | ||||

| It is a touch heavy, but not quite useless. At lvl 32 I've hit for 92 max so far, hasted with alacrity makes this quite fun. Try it first, you'll see. | ||||

| The cat people are just one of the types that hate wolf form, much like the Fiorna Vie gaurds, Kunark Dragons, and the Barbarians will KOS wolf form even if they normally like you. I think wolf form is also hated by pretty much everything in Velious. | ||||
