| I was killing goblins at the goblin camp near the dagnors zone for faction with the kaladim guards with my necro. | need to be Necromancer Enchanter Magician Wizard to equipt it. Need to be anybody to use it from inventory slot. In simpler shaman terms. Use it like a sow potion, wear it if yer a caster. Wish warriors got in this role. Great for casters, cool for anyone else. Guess casters win. /sigh | ||||

| You Do Not give the head and the star rubies to EITHER of the Arcuts. You give those to Arch Duke Xog just like it says above. Xog will give you a reference letter. Give the reference letter and banded gauntlets to Drixiv Arcut. | ||||

| Do the war braid quest in the outpost. they drop off berzerkers in the OT and are NO DROP, hand 4 in at a time to the commander guy ( skele by the bank who is giving orders to other skele's). It will raise your VS faction | ||||
