| Actually mages summon these and give them to bards... who in turn cast them on other people. If a bard casts it, the effect will stack with every other damage shield out there, including the mage DS. So yes this is an extreamly useful item. | ||||

What we do is hang out and look after one another, all part of "enjoying the game" and not setting out to "ownz joo all". | Appearently these are dropping again, now in the revamped Chardok. They are not lore, nor are they no drop, so by some means I plan on getting myself 2 of them. This is the best enchanter bracer I have seen outside of ToV / VP / ST stuff, and I won't be going to any of those zones anytime soon. | ||||

| alright i didnt bother to read all 100 posts here but i did see i few i would like to flame..SBM rules i have gone from 20-28 in a few days of camping here i started at the nice big 10 tent and went to lvl 25 very easy i pull singles all the time and groups make it good but its better to solo there | ||||

| It is possible to do the quest before the copper one if you want. But you can't do the steel quest until you get the copper one. So if you do this first, go back and do the copper quest, then go to Rinmark and ask him "What student?" to get the ball rolling again for the steel shackle. | ||||
