| I won the Lance last evening. Suffice to say, I never did my epic, as a Paladin. Surprisingly it leaves both the Paladin and SK epics in the dust. It is the best droppable Piercer in the game for Pal/SK's barnone. It is better then any 2hb droppable, and it is 2nd only to a droppable 2hs 44/45 | ||||

| If the item says recommended level 58 then you can't hold it till 58, try and take a lvl 50 warrior and hold a club of ice ocean you can't. | Now I'm a cleric but I've talked to a lot of warriors... from what I've heard you want low delay (above everything else) in primary, and then go for stats and ratio in secondary. So if you have shimmering partisan, stick that in off hand (secd) and then put the lower delay (27 if I'm not mistaken) c | ||||

| What is the recommened level for this weapon because some guy offered this to me for doing a transfer. He said it costs about 500pp and said I have to wait till after lvl 21 for it to be affective because everyone under lvl 21 hits for 21. So should I wait or should I ask for it alreayd? | ||||

| Certain AA abilities raise the AC soft cap, I believe for wars it can go up to 1450 with them and hyrbrids 1350, and a good number of people say that passing the AC soft cap doesn't make AC 100% useless because while the AC is making a much smaller difference, it is still there. | Partisan is not a proc'ing weapon, but a nice weapon nevertheless. 9/19 with stats. Symphonic Saber is a decent weapon with a proc that drops you to the bottom of the mob's hate list. | ||||
