| Iksar aren't KOS in the Bazaar or Shadow Haven but you can only buy goods from few merchants as most regard your dubiously. I'm not sure if you can enter the Vah Shir town safely though. | ||||

| Quest isnt really broken, you just have to hand in the item to Miller instead of Arbogast, and they will walk to bank. Had the same problem on Tarew Marr, until a GM told us to try it this way, and the quest worked. | ||||

| I hate to say it but you are a bit confused. Putting aside your weapon mistake for a second...HASTE ITEMS DO NOT STACK. The rule is 1 haste item will stack with 1 haste spell will stack with 1 bard haste song. In addition, there are haste caps that Verant has put in place. 80% is the max if I rem | ||||

| Rather than parsing logs and whatnot, there is a very easy way to test the haste percentage on any item, provided you have the proper character. | Agree that it is down to luck how often the trainer drops the SBS. If you clear the orcs on trainer hill, the trainer pops approx once every 10 minutes. I fought the trainer for 5-6 hours a few times without the shield dropping. Have seen other players fight the trainer and get the shield first time | ||||

| Depends on what you want. The Wakizashi procs at a lower level than the dirk (20 vs. 27, I think), and it's a 1hs weapon, so you can up that skill in your offhand. But, the SBD also slows and it's piercing (which SHOULD be a better stat for any rogue). I use both, with WOFS in offhand. Enjoy! | ||||
