	correct me if I'm wrong but, if this is a triggered cast of FT III wouldn't you be 1. putting it on 2. casting FT and 3. taking it off again or would the effect be removed with the item?

	Flowing Thought III is usually a permanent affect like haste. The effect would be removed when you take this item off.

	It is probably a 'permanent' effect. The effect description as 'triggered' is probably wrong.

	Yes, by removing the item the effect would indeed be removed. There are currently no items in the game with a triggered FT effect. Illia of Allakhazam just does not always have the time to state that it is permanent.

	well, if you've seen the items now that have some sort of effect, it says in parenthses combat, worn, triggered, whatever. chances are, it says worn on the picutre (currently i dont see it, maybe its not there).

	Are there people out there who actually go from FM to zero every fight? If so, you're fighting the wrong stuff. I wouldn't wear this full time as a ranger, but I think most casters would. Maybe not in a raid, but in exp groups at least. Remember, your kill rate is limited by how fast everyone regens
