| Tested at level 1 and came up with a 4% haste. Tested at level 31 and still 4% haste. So I don't think it gains any haste based on players level. | ||||

| I agree on not being able to PP Lore or No Drop items. Picked hundreds of pockets and never got a lore or no drop item. And i'm talking about hundreds of Sarnak 'pockets.'
