| Yes I looted this off of a Beserker Earth Elemental the other night on the Xev Server. Was a green con to my level 53 druid and had very good resists. Only spell I got to stick was my Winged Death dot and it took one to get him down to about 25% life (he resisted the DoT twice however) I never got | ||||

| I would assume you are a caster. STR will raise the ATK rating, which will raise the damage done in non-casting attacks. | ||||
