You can only cast off one bracer at a time, there is a long cast time but no delay to recast. There is no point in having 2 of these for stuns, there is a good reason to have 2 of these which is 16ac bracer.
Chain stunning tip (if you have these spells)

This is a great druid item, a good cleric item and a not so hot shaman item. Malise, slow, disempower, heals, etc. all draw good chunks of aggro. If you use 3 or 4 of these in a fight, there's a VERY good chance you're going to take some shots. Having a good AC will help you live until the tank t |

Well I'm sure its like Traveler's Boots where it can be in an open inventory slot and you just right click them for it to take effect...maybe only beastlords can wear them but anyone can use them by just right clicking them...not sure if self-only though |

AC 15, str 9, sta 9, wis 13, hp 35.
So you're looking at 5 more dex 5 more agi, quite a bit less hp when you add up the stamina difference, less mana with the wisdom at the lvl you'd have these items, and less AC and |

This sword is so cheap because it is so common; it practically drops for you. I am actually surprised that Verant has not severely nerfed the frequency with which they drop, considering that they have not held back with nerfing the drop frequency of other popular items. |

You're no doubt thiking of the 'Guise' series of masks...which sadly no longer drop. Everyone was getting them, and the sight of Dark Elf monks was just too weird :) There was also a Planar item call 'A child's mask' which would shrink you...also no longer dropping afaik. |

No, it is not you. There are many items that merchants sell for far more than a player would consider spending (Fine Steel anyone?). This sells from a merchant for 2-3pp. A player will ask 75-100p. A similar thing is an Archeologist pack (weight reducing bag), merchants sell for 2p, players sell for |

Harbinger Dronik is a ghostly mob, and is wizard class. His level varies from 49 to 50, and when my group and I dropped him the other night he was a yellow con to me at 49.
Luckily, Dronik doesn't seem to have been doing his research, as I saw no sign of Ice Comet from him :)

I am an untwinked 50 ranger. It is a looong as hell story, but I started off with a wurmy, a CSS, and a fbss. That combo rocked. I went LD looting my corpse, and relogged with no CSS...so I ventured to EC, to sell my fbss, and reclaim an offhand weap. Well, over the weekend I had about a dozen crazy |

2: The mob ISN'T as easy as made out to be, he's blue to a 51, has the 200 point blood drain that goes off about as often as a normal proc on a weapon, and double hits for around 100. He won't be easy for a normal solo melee class 50-55, but he is |

It's been proven and confirmed that charisma has absolutely no effect on necro Fear spells. So no harm done. Matter of fact, the only thing charisma effects on Necros is charming the undead. The better the charisma, the better your charm will work.

It depends. Speaking as a monk here, it gets to a point where stats are more important than AC. Eventually your base AC gets high enough where you can sacrifice some AC to improve your stats, like dexterity and agility. Don't know of any monk who thinks a lumberjack's cap (10ac 3sta) is better th |
