| the damn no 3d devices found message came up again. I upgraded to 320mb of ram and have repeatedly downloaded dx8.1 i downloaded the newest drivers for my computer. i installed dx8.1 like it said on the eq site and installed the drivers after. still can't even get to the liscense agreement. this | ||||

| Anybody have an idea what the basic damage/delay of fists are? I wouldn't be surprised to learn this varies with level and discipline, but a ballpark figure to give an idea of what would be better, fists or something like this. | Ok, might be a DirrectX issue. When I test the 3d acceleration, DX 7 dll works good, DX 8 dll brings up the blue screan of death. Hmm, I had heard DX 8 was very unstable (they even make uninstallers for it) Wonder why Verant went with it? | ||||

| just to let everyone know, i've looted these in KC not too long ago. they dropped off of the skeletal captain. i'm not sure of the rarity of the drop, i'm assuming these drop as often as the tolan's gauntlets (same mob). sold them in EC for a nice price and bought my tolan's bracer not too long a | ||||

| I have a few gripes here and had to get them off my chest. 1.) They run you around a LAG filled zone to become a citizen of a place you live. 2.) In the zones where you can fight there is NOTHING to loot and sell to get money to buy the 3.) Outrageously priced NO RENT food. 12+pp for a stack of food | ||||

| Don't knock druids, life sucks without them. Just ask any all-dark guild on a pvp server, trying finding a freakin' wizard to port you :P Or evac you when he dies after 5 hits and can't cast through anything. | My post-SoL problems are bearable except for one: when evening rolls around, it gets difficult to see. And forget about night time and it begins to rain!
