	sorry but i needs to disagree with your post the dmg bonus is more based on your class a lvl 55 paly may have a diff. dmg bonus then a lvl 55 war.and a sk also may have a different dmg bonus but it depends on your class more then the delay as far as i know delay has NOTHING to do with it.

	Well it's probably just a bug...I had a bug that when ever i got in water a big clear mace looking thing poped up on me , and the same with a Mithril helm i was putting it on and it wouldn't go on me so i sold it and kept my coif ^_^ Tazain 17 ranger

	This item should be more like common..Seems like 3 out of the 5 Spectral Librarians we killed while camping and pulling to fountain dropped the Cloak..We all also got Ransacker Packs, 1 spirit tome, a Kunzar Mantle and that Spectral Shield..well good hunting and safe journey to all.

	I got this lance at level 52 and could not equip it. I just made 55 this week, went to bank and was able to equip it. As soon as I did I noticed the dmg bonus was 27, so maybe they tweaked it up again. My character is a 55 pally on Brell server.

	Ranger must have been LD, AFK, or training a weap they had no skill in. 51 Ranger &gt; 35 Monk, I daresay regardless of strategy.
