| Not sure excatly what you mean here. But if you mean that the damage bonus isn't level dependant your not correct. The bonus is indeed based upon level and delay of the weapon. All level 51'st characters will have the same bonus as will all 60th, however those bonus' will be different. | ||||

| Honestly, I think the tailored large bags are better for most non-melee classes. True this has 10 slots, but it weighs 3 stone. | To be honest, I have yet to see any Rygor Armor pieaces drop from any other orcs in the Rygor Camp other than the Elites. And trust me, I've killed plenty of orcs there. | Why is this so cheap, with a weight of .2 and more AC then wu's fighting mask +25 hp against the +1 agi on the wu's this rocks compared to the wu's, which often sells for around 50-90.
