| I have killed the king many a time. At least in the 15-20 times range. NEVER seen this. BTW, past about level 32-33 or so, the king no longer drops cool stuff for you. God bless trivial loot code. | Talendor in Skyfire Mountains can drop the torn, burnt book. Gorenaire in the Dreadlands can drop the torn, frost covered book. | We fight mostly shammy type mob's that use disease (+5), poison (+5), and magic(+5)... (cold too but barbs naturally resist) 2 ac better than imbued, 7ac better than BS (and lighter weight) (-2 and -4 wis respectively) To be sure you have been hit as a shaman once or twice for casting on mobs | ||||

| Probably is a permanent effect, not triggered. My understanding is that all of the flowing thought items were self only permanent. On another note, what a tease for wis casters.
