| That's the problem, or one of them. Verant is out of the picture entirely. SOE is the whole show now. Not sure anyone at SOE plays the game, they may have forgot that giving Wis to bards is stupid. WE USE INT. lol Oh well, I'm nowhere near 65 anyway, aside from 13 levels hehe. | ||||

| One of the best affordable haste items I reccomend is silver chitin handwraps, from what I hear they have a higher haste percentange than fbss..or if you just happen to have tons of plat laying around go out and get a sash of the dragonborn. | ||||

| Different quest. Warrior's AC 63 BP is Ornate Tranquility armor. This is Elemental Tranquility armor. I'd expect the warrior Elemental BP to have an AC over 100. We'll have to wait and see. | ||||

| cool stats and ac, but effect? kinda crummy. especially with all the stacking problems warders protetion is giving. in fact most people who would get this would be using SoT and CoR or better. Would prefer that they put a haste on one of the rangers pieces, kinda like the rogues or shamans | ||||

| The only one spouting hatred here is you. All I questioned was your calculations. I do use a parser and do regularly group with a higher level ranger, and have never seen him come anywhere close to 500+ DPS even on a single mob. It almost leads me to believe that your off by a factor of 10. As | ||||

| The effect is the level 59 pet haste spell, nice to have, and since it has a rather short duration, these pants would save a ton of mana... not to mention have great stats ;) I agree, its about time some usable bst class armor was put into the game ;) | ||||

| i was soloing hill giants from lvl 43 without c3. The way I do it is root,snare,dot,then dd, then reroot and sit to med. When root breaks reroot dot him again when that wears off. Snare should last three roots then resnare.I also only hit with dd five times because I takes a lot of mana, Just rememb | ||||
