| Another Tactic that could be tried is to have a high lvl druid change you into wolf form. Not sure this is necessary but ive heard people say that NPC's dont aggro on you when your in wolf form. | hte mage summoned earring does in fact have a better % of mana conservation ( 15% ) but it only affects DD spells. this item affects all spells and so it is much more valuable. it should also be noted that the effect on this stacks with the effect from the AA Spell Casting Mastery. Edi | ||||

| Focus effects are not procs. They're permanent. They also work on any lvl character. The difference in focus levels are what spells they affect.
