| Another possibility is that it is a crss continent quest Possibly using undead froglok tongues from Guk or the dead eyes off shdowed men. | While this may not be a piece of equip that a monk would wear into combat, it's not without it uses. My monk regularly practices trade skills and the +6 INT bonus would definately help reduce the time it takes to increase those skills.
