| We did it. He was requesting "Shiney" items. We tried turning in Shiney Brass Shield, Shiney Brass Halberd, coins, and Shiney Metallic robe. Only the robe works. | Sadly your faction has nothing to do with the prices that you pay for things from merchants. Your charisma is about the only thing that will effect a price change to your favor. Dosen't make allot of sense, I know, but that is the way they set it up. | ||||

| Yes, no matter what anyone says there is no way to become KOS forever, it may take a few weeks of gettting fraction but it can be done. The fastest way to get fraction with them is at highpass turning in scalps & ears. | ||||
