| SS is better because AC only prevents so much damage and you will probably take more damage from the spells a mob casts and SS has more resists | ||||

| I did that quest with indifferent faction. HEF Rogue, worshipping Bristlebane, no faction adjusts to the Gnolls one way or the other. Nice cloak. | ||||

| EW is solo ranger heaven. Mid 30s you can start with cougars if you are carefull and hunt next to the dragon bridge. Things to watch for are the Dervishes and the Snow Griffins. Now at 45 I can still find blue con cougars so occasionally you will have to zone when your fear spell gets multiple res | ||||

| That is one of the SAFEST ways to travel to loio, however I never go without a self casted invis and a SOW. Lucky me, I bound myself at the mill so I have only taken that trip twice =) | ||||

| But thats the big question, why would a druid or ranger or even a shaman or bard wanna group with a chanter when it is more ideal to group with a Necro. When it comes to Kiting (chanter limited to fear kiting) it is best to group with a Necro rather than a Chanter. With SOW abilities (and thats all | ||||

That was my thought after seeing that this item, which drops only (so far) off of a level 60 mob, is about on par with other robes which drop off of much lower level mobs. | the bandits in Lake of Rathetear raises faction with Qeynos Gaurds and other factions as well. there are two bandit camps. they con'd green to my 38 shammy, so not sure of their lvl, but they don't last long against my 34th lvl pet, so can't be very hard. maybe lvl 8-10, but is only a guess | ||||
