| I think the whole point to the quest, unless you are twinked or can afford better, is that you earn Experience and gain FV faction as well as the armor. | Llyric, personally, I think you're full of it. Sorry to be blunt, but a failure rate of 1 in 3 on an item that goes trivial at 245 + when your skill is only 180 is hard to believe. | Yes there is a single spawn spectre in the zone. From the Rathe Mountain zone run south. When you see a undead camp with skeletons in it your are almost there. Not far past there is a spec that spawns beside a tree aroud loc neg 1200, pos 1258. He's on a 6 min spawn time. | ||||

| 40 mana is the equivalent of 4 int. Thus, you're looking at 12 int on this, plus the saves (this is easily one of the best robe's to wear for Nagafen), plus the strength.
