| Sure, this isn't the best item in the game but it does look nice at least. It's a pretty good mid level BP for Rogues and Rangers in terms of AC and the HP gains. | Well you dont really need to charm the scout to do the quest, I was doing the quest solo, and being a rogue I dont have charm. SO what I did was sneak/hide from behind (she see's through sneak but not invs) waited until she cast a buff on herself, her pet or a passing mob , dropped my hide and made | ||||

| For all those hunting gnolls on the ledge, be careful og that Captain What ever his name is! I was there this mourning with my lvl 17 Ranger in a group (17-19) and saw the named Gnolls bout three times each, only Vexen Mucktail ran and was sliced by the Captain! and he did that twice! | nope, anything in this game that is based off of charisman is based off of positive cha. For any charms, a necros, enchanters, druids, etc, the higher your CHA, the better your chances. This goes the same for any mez type spell. CHA does NOT effect any fears at all, for any class. | ||||
