The first pull you will get 3 or 4 mobs, which you can remedy by just snaring the first one you see and then zoning. | It's all about the clicky heals. My Cleric has Plane of Growth pants and clicks them between pulls. So that's 500+ hp heal for each person in the group between pulls.
