| The dragorn in the first room, on the right when entering WoS NW caves seems to drop these often, if not every time. Pull his doggy first, it will come single, like the dragorn. Do it vice versa and you get both at the same time. | ||||

| I didn't time it or anything but i think it took about 50 hours of pretty steady killing of loyalist rasing faction mobs to get to warmly. Again total estimate but it gives you an idea. Most of this fighting was done in RCoD with some in NC and the instanced zones. | ||||

| Even better place in the Paneel newbie area. Kill everything there. Bring a spit with you to make food out of Rat Ears and Firebeetle eyeballs, and Rat Meat and Bread. Great loot. | No, 45 is the level you should be before attempting Dulaks, but I've seen people as low as 38 go there and effectively group at entrance, so *shrug*. If you hope to get n the boats tho, 45 is about the minimum, as any lower most stuff will be red to you. Also, the Dandolak's Run seems to drop these | ||||
