If you read warrior 101 you will have your answer to the race question. It is just a few post below yours.
Dual Weild
Everytime you swing your main hand weapon (if your off hand weapon has cycled) a dice is rolled to see if you attack with your off hand weapon. If your off hand weapon is fast |

Getting a group is tough as a wizard at the low levels. I found that just starting your own group is a lot faster than waiting for someone to invite you to a group. Just send tells to everyone else shouting out for a group and get your own team together. |

First off, Halas may not be the best place to be at your lvl. Second, you don't need to buy all of the spells, just the useful ones. Here is what I did to collect cash (being around EC tunnel helps).
1. Bonechips = 2-5pp per stack.
Easy to collect, easy to sell.
2. HQ Bear pelts = 20-25pp pe |

Yes, a wizard will out damage a mage in a straight nukefest, but you're forgetting one of the most important aspects of the mage, his pet. I have a lv 25 mage and with my pet up and running there is NO WAY a level 24 wiz out damages me. My fire pet, dual weilding summoned daggers and with Burnout |

Find yourself a good mage or shaman partner, these two classes will make your life bearable with their Malo line of spells, and if you can get an enchanter for a 3rd person, you're all set. I am currently lv 35, and I hunt with a 34 shaman and 36 chanter, and hill giants fall like wheat before us. |

There is a dmg cap till lvl 20. The camp is 29dmg but i've seen someguys to hit for 30. So dmg might be 30. Icetooth claws are 11,29. You can't hit more than 23 with these claws. if you try to use anothe weapon with higer dmg you will see the difference. |

Halas/Everfrost is an AMAZING place to be clear from level 1 to level 30, if not higher. Lemme splain why.
Lvs 1-5 you have the noob area, with all the decaying skellys, polar bear cubs, white wolves, gnoll pups, ice goblin whelps and scouts, and wooly spiderlings. The skellys drop chips aplent |

Good, but hardly complete. Allow me to add a few other types of Kiting to the list.
1: Tank kiting. Similar to pet kiting by mages, but this is done by a wizard and a tank (rangers work best if wizzy doesn't have bonds yet cause they can snare) Wiz nukes, and hauls ass, tank follows NOT taunti |

I am now a gnome mage lv 10 and I found a good place to hunt from 1-3 is just outside West Freeport then once your 4 and you have a pet (I suggest getting water only but if you have extra get earth) goto North Desert of Ro by going outside East freeport gates and going straight until you zone. Goto Northern Ro and hunt in the beginning portion which is grassy but untill you are lvl 6 or 7 or are very confident in your abilities stay out of sand. There are tons of armidillos, spiderlings, moss snakes, bats, rats and hardly any other hunters to bother you heck the |

I have been playing for 2 weeks and love this game. I noticed that someone wrote and asked how he should spend his 15pp on a Level 1 Wiz. How do you get that much money? The most I have had is 5pp. Thanks in advance.

Well, if you want difficulty, try a DE magi. What EQ says, its High Difficulty char. Yea, its almost impossible to play. With 60 char and bad reputation, its hard to gain any profit from the loot and youre KoS almost everywhere exept Freeport. Of course you can get faction, but faction takes time. Y |
