| Update, the quest that this NPC gives is a total waste of time. I'm glad I have not pursued this further. It results in a rather kewl looking NO DROP 1hb 12/32 +35mana, +10sv Disease/Poison shamy/necro only weapon according to another allakazams user. | ||||

| Spawn time is random bro. I have done each officer camp several times in prepraration for the big war. I've seen them on average take between 15 to 45 minutes. I've also seen them come on the second wave (5 minutes) and take as long as 3 hours. If you get bored i guess you can always let him die | ||||
