| Either way both of them have poor vision, but as you get higher in lvl you get spells that counter that. Erudites also have the highest starting Int but are fairly weak.. | Thank you all for the advice on how to bring Brass up :) As for the wind, I forgot to put it in the original post, but I had a store bought wind flute in the off hand slot while I was swimming. I think that is the part that confused me the most with singing going up. I will upgrade my Wind and see | ||||

| Let me break this down for you. I suggest 2 groups are needed for this quest. The key to keeping gimlik alive is 1) having an awesome chanter that can mezz mulitple mobs in a hurry; 2) When the gnome takes off have a melee tank preferred give him the "Watch the Gnome" job. What he does | ||||

OK so they are not as bright as Erudites, Gnomes and Dark Elvess but there are a hell of a lot of INT items - especially at high level so I wouldn't let that worry you. | Aye uper people like to camp this place, but i am usually on late at night so i can usually get the camp.. actually have never not had it :) I sometimes fight with a guildie mage there and exp is still as good as soloin in most places.. | I heard this rumor about the research only spell also. I went to check it out, and found nothing. Went all the way to the top and basement of the pure casters guild and found no research spells. If anyone knows where they might be please post that info. But it appears to me to be a hoax. | ||||

| Maybe it's because hybrids have a mana penalty!?! Their spells cost more mana casting than what is stated on the spell. This is not the issue with pure casters. Maybe it's a way to help the hybrids :o) | ||||
