| The only effect I know of, that weapon speed has on double attack, is in skilling up. A slow/high damage weapon, will have few, but high damage double attacks. | A mob does not drop this, its quested. To get it you need to get an unadorned silk robe form Halls of Testing in TOV and the 3 of the appropriate gems (pristine emerald I think)and turn them in to the quest mob in Skyshrine. | ||||

| Here's a quick thought. This is a high end game item. The reason why it's worth 40k plus is because it is an item you don't upgrade from once you have it. | Not sure where you live, but in the US summer starts on June 21st, so the end of June could hardly be considered mid-summer. Maybe between the end of July/middle of August would make more sense. BTW, summer ends on September 21st. | ||||
