| Er, they put this effect on it, because with the economy screwed up, usually people are buying this in the teens. On the other hand, I can see them making a change that "I" items affect 30 and below, II's are 50 and below and III's are those last ten levels... | ||||

| I don't know the exact damage and delay for your hands, but I have always had better luck with a H2H weapon. Not to mention almost all weapons have some attribute buff. | If you are a barbarian, there is a quest that you can do which will give you an amulet. This amulet has an unlimited summon of a Hammer of Wrath which is a magical hammer. You can find informaiton on it here under the quests by zone. Look in Halas. | ||||
