| I completely agree! I have had my soulfire for soooo long and have never used a single charge on it, and I'm sure if I am ever lucky enough to get one of these boots, I will also never use them. | No. You can stack the following: Perm Haste Item (FBSS, etc...) Triggered Haste item (Eyepatch of Plunder, etc...) Spell Haste (Enchanter, Bard, Shaman) No haste combination will ever exceed 100%, unless Verant has made a change I am unaware of. | ||||

| I haven't tried it out yet, I got 2 of them today, one for my ranger, one for the spouse's bard or SK. | I tested this item a bunch today. I am 100% positive that it is 30% haste. I ran minute long test with and without haste and counted the swings. Note when using this method DO not count double swings as 2 hits when its just realy 1 hit. If you pay close attention you can seperate double swing hit | ||||

| Ok, the Imbue Emerald Spell (or any other diety aligned spell) can be cast by ANY shaman/Druid/cleric that follows the believe. So Emerald can be done by druids/clerics of Tunare. Meaning they can be High Elven CLerics, Wood Elven Druids, Human druids,... you name it if it's a WIs Caster and follows | ||||

| This is the common deal on the item its lvl based haste at lvl 5 its 6% scaled up to 30% at lvl 50 if you think its not 30% then your dead wrong if you run some test on it and compare it to other equal haste items you will find out for yourselves..
