| Depends on how you want to argue it. Plate, while mostly inflexible, nearly requires the dex/agi you suggested for it to be functional. Chain/leather and silk, doesn't "need" dex/agi for you to be able to move around in it. =) | ||||

| Guess what, this is ORNATE PLATE, so I should hope the elemental armor is better, heh. This armor is supposed to be about inline with skyshrine quest armor. Now with the new effects (which this person submitted before it was added, which was today) they are even better. | ||||

| Just a note. As a 61 cleric, I bash damage up to 89 with a bash skill of 200 (180 before lvl 50). This is under the new bash damage table. Now, with a warrior bash skill at 240(over lvl 50) and the new bash damage table, I wonder if it is now feasible to see more 1h weapon/shield weilding warri | ||||

| These do in Fact act as a pet focus.. friend of mine on CT has a pair.. it even works on the magician Epic pet.. said it added 4 more pts of dmg to output (traditionally that means 2 more lvls: 2 pts per lvl of pet at a given casting lvl.. course they've dinked with pet dmg so much i'm not even s | ||||

| EDITED: Looks like they took care of the problems that this BP. WIS was changed to INT and the Percussion mod was switched to Brass. I still wish they'd switch the 10 AGI and the 30 DEX stats around, since it's hard to max AGI and almost impossible NOT to max your DEX. But I guess you can't get e | ||||

| Actually, on most of our raids, the casters prefer Protection of the Nine and Kazad's Mark....which gives more hitpoints than Virtue or GoA. So, druid buffs are quite important. | So I was poking around on lucy.fnord.net, you know, that site that has spdat parsed and all laid out for ya, and I made an enlightening discovery! | I agree. There is a PoK quest that requires you to talk to one of the frogs in guk i think to finish the quest. This spell would prolly make that much easier. | ||||

| I don't really know...yet...but... I'm guessing 37 extra damage/tick is not so piddly against raid mobs. Assuming 100k total hitpoints again, even if it's not a long fight and it's only 1000dmg total, that's 1% of the mob's life, EXTRA damage done by one guy. | Just a comparison on numbers dear I use a Bow of Doom (33/35) with the Mithral champ arrows and crit maxes are (919)/(1838). Depending on the arrow they use, say a 10 damage arrow, they might be able to get 2/3 of the (919) or a max crit of about 600 ish. Dunno -- do not hav the bow, and would | ||||

| The biggest fear stopping a Warrior from using a shield is the lowered aggro. We have to work hard enough as it is to keep aggro from all the 15/18 monks and rogues out there. Increasing aggro with this shield is a step in the right direction, but putting item fixes in that only the very top end War | ||||
