| This item is a level 50 trivial item made with tinkering, recipe is 3 metal rods and 1 gnomish bolts. Here is the great part about it, anyone can make it, only gnomes can gain skill in tinkering but I had about 3/2 success/failure rate as a Wood Elf Druid with 0 in the skill.
