Nope - an SK would do rather well with this sucker for his lifetaps, since it not only increases the amount of damage that the lifetaps will do, but the amount of healing that they will do as well.

I wouldn't recomend going any lower than lvl 65 to do them. Most loot is 65 and 70 required. Some aren't that hard and some are tough. In some the trash hits for 2k. They are a challenge and will usually take a while to comp
