Acutally Brell is in the game, no one has ever tried to kill him far as I know, but when you do the 8th shawl quest he appears as far as I remember. |

Umm if you look at the itmes that have this, there is a casting time associated with it so it must be a buff and would more then likely stack with flo ... |
