This is a religion based spell that creates a holy relic to be used in tradeskills to enhance the powers of items, so it cannot be cast by anyone Agnostic. The caster needs to have the gem/gems in their inventory before casting, once the spell is cast the Imbued gem/gems will appear on their cursor.
